ABSTRACT
When carrying out work related to the disturbance of soil cover and land reclamation, compliance with established environmental and other standards, rules and regulations is mandatory. Reclamation of land in Russia is carried out according to the requirements of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 140 of February 23, 1994 "On reclamation of lands, removal, conservation and rational use of the fertile soil layer" and The main provisions on land reclamation, removal, conservation and rational use of the fertile soil layer, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia and Roskomzem No. 525/67.of December 22, 1995. This process is time-consuming and expensive. To reduce costs for its implementation, the development of new methods of reclamation is relevant for all countries in the world. The manuscript considers new technologies for reclamation of dumps of nontoxic quarries using local wastes and soil-forming substances. These studies are authored and supported by the Shared Equipment Center of the Mining University and the Grant of the President of the Russian Federation.
