This review article addresses the issue of the management of end-of-life tyres as one of the most significant problems of the modern economy due to its scale and environmental, legal, and technological aspects. The aim of this study is to present selected currently applied tyre processing methods, discuss the existing regulations, and indicate their importance for industrial development and environmental protection. Based on the analysis, an integrated framework is proposed to illustrate the interrelationships between the legal, technological, environmental, and material recovery aspects of end-of-life tyre management. The study contributes to the systematisation of knowledge regarding the tyre recycling methods and their practical applications, which may provide support for enterprises and institutions involved in waste management.
